Good article. I have lowered my BP significantly but I'm not sure which of the natural remedies it is down to!...I eat lots of fruit every day, especially bananas, take garlic and fish oil supplements and drink rosehip and hibiscus tea. I've cut out all caffeine and never add salt to food. I like doing all these things so they are a much better alternative to me than medication which may have side effects. I also exercise everyday for at least 30 minutes but I was doing that before my BP started dropping so I think it's more likely to be the diet and supplements.

Before doing all this my BP was averaging 140 over 98. It is now averaging 114 over 70! Admittedly the birth control pill was possibly adding to the hypertension but my BP has never been this low, even before I took the pill. I'm positive that diet and supplements make a huge difference.
